When order is refused due to technical/stock/pricing/delivery/location issues, amount charged will be refunded within 7 business days over same medium of payment or other source based on Anil Electronics convenience. For cancellation of order or change of product post order has been placed, do call us at our available numbers. Any cancellation after order dispatch will be charged 2% of transaction amount (This is conditional reach us over call or at our stores)
Return/Refund/Replacement will only be acknowledged when its being delivered to your address and product is defective, dead, physical damage or what you have got is different from what was selected online and shown in invoice. As product is delivered by local representative, any concerns on return/refund/replacement should be addressed before product seal/plaster is torn/opened. For any other concerns not listed in our terms and conditions, buyer is requested to reach us at store or call to our phone numbers mentioned. Any tampering of box or product to falsely create a condition of return/replacement/refund by buyer will be considered illegal and be responsible for further proceedings.
